- Outstanding Jiangsu University students steadily studying from the master’s program to the doctoral program
- Applicants suggested by the Belt and Road cooperative universities.
- Graduate applicants from the top 1000 institutions globally were selected based on four foreign-identified institutions’ rating systems, which include US News and World Report, QS, THE, and ARWU.
- Graduate applicants from first-class institutions in China graduate from first-class courses or are in the top 1 percent of ESI.

TYPE THREE: SCHOLARSHIP FOR BACHELOR PROGRAMS EDUCATED IN ENGLISH

Beneficiaries: this class of award is available to the following undergraduate students:
